If you decide to self-park your car in the Marina Bay Sands (MBS) premises, there are 2 self-parking carparks that operate 24 hours daily, for you to do so.
Note: Remember to check out the parking fees before driving in.
Now, let us show you the entrances of these carparks and how to drive to there.
1. Carpark (South) - Located at basement of the Sands Expo and Convention Center.
How To Drive To Carpark (South)?
A) If you drive along Bayfront Avenue heading towards the direction of Marina Bay, look out for the road sign below that indicates “Carpark (South)” and get ready to turn right.
B) Otherwise, if you enter into Bayfront Avenue that heads towards the direction of Raffles Boulevard or Republic Boulevard, look out for the road sign below that indicates “Carpark (South)” and get ready to turn left.
Get ready to turn left once you see this sign.
C) Once you turn, you will enter into a small road called “Bayfront Link”.
D) Along Bayfront Link, look out for the road sign showing “Carpark (South)” to turn right into the carpark entrance.
E) After turning right, you will reach the entrance of Carpark (South).
2. Carpark (North) - Located at the basement of the Sands Theaters. There are 2 entrances for Carpark (North).
How To Drive To Carpark (North) Through The Entrance Near The Sands Theaters?
A) The first entrance is located near the Sands Theaters. If you drive along Bayfront Avenue heading towards the direction of Raffles Boulevard or Republic Boulevard, look out for the road sign below that indicates “Carpark (North)” and get ready to turn left.

B) Once you turn left, you will reach the entrance of Carpark (North).

How To Drive To Carpark (North) Through The Entrance Near Sands Hotel Tower 3?
C) The second entrance for Carpark (North) is located outside Sands Hotel Tower 3 lobby. Once you drive into Bayfront Avenue heading towards Marina Bay, turn left and drive through Sands Hotel Tower 3 Taxi Stand to enter into Carpark (North).
What Are The Carpark Charges / Fees / Rates?
The following carpark fees apply to both Carpark (South) and Carpark (North).
From 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM:
SGD $6.00 for first hour, and SGD $1.00 for every subsequent 30 mins.
From 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM:
SGD $6.00 per entry
Capped at a maximum of SGD $26.00 for every 24 hours.
In-house hotel guest
SGD $6.00 for every 24 hours.

Question: What types of vehicle are allowed in the MBS carparks?
Answer: MBS carparks only allowed cars that do not exceed 2 metres in height.
Question: What happens if both Carpark (South) and Carpark (North) are fully occupied? Is there any nearby carpark?
Answer: Yes, there is a public carpark (operated by Wilson Parking) located opposite Carpark (South) entrance.
