Plan to go Marina Bay Sands from Changi Airport Budget Terminal? Here are a few ways for you to get there (with photo illustrations).
1. Complimentary MBS Shuttle Bus Service (Free for in-house hotel guest)
2. Taxi (Cab)
3. MRT (Train)
4. Limousine Taxi or Large Taxi Service
1. Complimentary Marina Bay Sands Shuttle Bus Service
(A) Upon exit from the Arrival Hall, lookout for the sign “Coach Pickup Point” (see below). Follow the sign.
(B) The pick-up point is located in front of the taxi stand. Look out for the MBS shuttle bus (see picture below) before you board.
Frequency Of The Shuttle Bus Service (24-Hour):
Every 30 minutes from 6:00AM to 10:00PM daily.
Every 1 hour from 10:00PM to 6:00AM next morning daily.
Drop-off point:
The shuttle bus service will drop you off at the Marina Bay Sands coach terminal accordingly.
How to get to the taxi stand?
(A) Once you exit from the Arrival Hall, look out for the sign “Taxi Stand”. Follow the sign.
(B) You will see this signboard when you reach the taxi stand. Queue up to wait for the next available taxi. Do take note of the surcharge of taking taxi (cab) from Budget Terminal. (which taxi stand can I drop off at Marina Bay Sands?)
How do I get to the nearest MRT station?
The nearest MRT station to Budget Terminal is Changi Airport (CG2) station. To get there, follow the instructions below.
(A) Once you exit from the Arrival Hall, turn right to head towards the “Free Shuttle Service Pick-up Point”. Look out for the sign below to wait for your free shuttle bus service that goes to Changi Airport Terminal 2.
(B) Look out for the Budget Terminal shuttle bus (see picture below) before you board.
(C) The shuttle service will drop you off at Terminal 2 Basement (shuttle bus drop-off point).
From Terminal 2 basement, look out for the sign “Train To City” (see below). Keep looking out and following this sign will bring you to the MRT station.
(D) Once you reach Changi Airport (CG2) station, you may board the train and drop off at Bayfront station (CE1) which is the nearest station to Marina Bay Sands.
4. Limousine Taxi or Large Taxi Service
If you wish to travel in style or need a taxi with larger capacity, you can consider booking a Limousine Taxi service (maximum 4 passengers) or Large Taxi service (maximum 7 passengers).
